Commission Meeting

NOTICE TO MEDIA

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Thursday, July 29, 1999  
9:00 a.m.   The Commission will meet to hear presentations from the five law firms who responded in writing to the request for Bond Counsel for matters concerning the issuance and sale of Grant Anticipation and Tax Revenue Bonds (GARVEE) published June 28, 1999.

The Commission plans to meet with representatives from three of the respondent firms in the morning and two in the afternoon.
