Commission Meeting

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Monday, September 20, 1999  
3:30 p.m.   Attending Transportation Conference sponsored by Rep. Jim McCrery of Louisiana. The conference will be held at the Expo Hall in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Tuesday, September 21, 1999    
5:30 p.m.   Attending event hosted by the Arkansas Chapter of Associated General Contractors at the Riverfront Hilton in North Little Rock.
Wednesday, September 22, 1999    
10:30 a.m.   Opening bids on a total of 27 road and bridge projects with an estimated cost of $55.8 million.
1:30 p.m.   Meeting with a delegation from Hot Springs regarding Hot Springs area improvements in the AHTD Central Office Auditorium.
1:45 p.m.   Meeting with a delegation from North Little Rock regarding North Little Rock area improvements in the AHTD Central Office Auditorium.
