AHTD to Hold Meeting in Hot Springs

LITTLE ROCK (10-25) -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session to discuss the reconstruction of two interchanges along U.S. Highway 270, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers. The informal session will be held Tuesday, November 2, 1999, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene Fellowship Hall located at 3804 Central Avenue in Hot Springs. The two interchanges are located on Highway 270 at Higdon Ferry Road and at Highway 7.

The public is invited to visit anytime during the hours to view exhibits and offer comments. An aerial photo of the proposed construction will be displayed and Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions.
