AHTD to Hold Meeting in Jonesboro

LITTLE ROCK (10-25) -- The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session to discuss the reconstruction of U.S. Highway 63B, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers. The informal session will be held Thursday, November 4, 1999, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Head Start Center located at 213 N. Fisher Street in Jonesboro. The project is located along Highway 63B between Culberhouse Street and U.S. Highway 49.

The public is invited to visit anytime during the hours to view exhibits and offer comments. Conceptual plans of the proposed construction will be displayed and Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions.
