NOTICE TO MEDIA

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Friday, Nov. 5, 1999  
10:00 a.m.   Attending Presidential Press Conference and tour of the Hermitage Tomato Co-op in Hermitage, Arkansas.
Monday, Nov. 8    
8:30 a.m.   The Commission will hear presentations from financial institutions who responded in writing to the request for Financial Advisor for matters concerning the issuance and sale of the Grant Anticipation and Tax Revenue Bonds (GARVEE) published September 20, 1999.
Tuesday, Nov. 9    
9:00 a.m.   Meeting with representatives from the U. S. Department of Transportation to discuss innovative financing options for highways.
