Commission Meeting

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Tuesday, May 16, 2000 

8:00 a.m.                    Attending Highway Commission appreciation breakfast sponsored by the Northwest Arkansas Chamber’s of Commerce.  The breakfast will be held at the Springdale Holiday Inn in the John Q. Hammons Room.

 12:00 noon               Attending luncheon hosted by the Associated General Contractors, Arkansas Chapter, at the Riverfront Hilton Inn, North Little Rock. 

5:30 p.m.                    Attending event hosted by Associated General Contractors, Arkansas Chapter, at the Riverfront Hilton Inn, North Little Rock.

 Wednesday, May 17, 2000

10:30 a.m.                Opening bids on 58 road and bridge projects with an estimated

and 2:00 p.m.           cost of $175.2 million.
