AHTD to Hold Meeting in Mountain Home

            LITTLE ROCK (5-31) – The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session to discuss the reconstruction of a portion of Arkansas State Highway 5, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

             The proposed project is located between U.S. 62B and Hospital Drive in Mountain Home.

             The informal session will be held Tuesday, June 6 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Redeemer Lutheran Church located at 312 North Street in Mountain Home.

             The public is invited to visit anytime during the hours to view exhibits and offer comments.  Conceptual plans will be displayed and Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the proposed project and answer questions.
