Notice to Media

Commission Meeting

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission.  Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

 Monday, July 24, 2000  
10:00 a.m.    The Commission will meet to hear presentations from four advertising agencies that responded in writing to the request for a media consultant for the Interstate Rehabilitation Program.

The Commission plans to meet with representatives from one of the respondent firms in the morning and three in the afternoon.
