AHTD to Hold Second Meeting in Wilmar

            LITTLE ROCK (4-3) – The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) will conduct a public involvement session to discuss the proposed improvement of U.S. 278 in Wilmar, according to AHTD Director Dan Flowers.

This meeting is a result of comments received from a similar meeting held January 25.  The informal session will be held Tuesday, April 17 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Old Wilmar School Cafeteria located at the corner of U.S. Highway 278 and 5th Street in Wilmar.

            The public is invited to visit anytime during the scheduled hours to offer comments on the proposal.  Department personnel will be on hand to discuss the project and answer questions.
