Commission Meeting

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

 Tuesday, April 3  
 5:30 p.m.   Attending event hosted by Associated General Contractors, Arkansas Chapter, at the Riverfront Hilton Inn, North Little Rock.
Wednesday, April 4

10:30 a.m.

and 2:30 p.m.

 Opening bids on 38 road and bridge projects with an estimated cost of $105.2 million
1:30 p.m. Attending kick-off press conference for the AHTD Pave the Way public information and driver safety campaign at the AHTD Central Office in Little Rock.
Thursday, April 5
12:00 noon Attending the American Public Works Association Spring Conference at the Clarion on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs.
