Commission Meeting

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

 Tuesday, May 15

5:30 p.m.                 Attending an annual dinner sponsored by the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce at the Fish Lake Club near Blackwell.

 Wednesday, May 16

 9:00 a.m.                  Meeting with the Commission’s Financial Advisor regarding the future sale of GARVEE bonds to finance upcoming Interstate Rehabilitation Program projects.

10:30 a.m.                 Opening bids on 30 jobs estimated to cost $90.3 million.

 1:00 p.m.                   Receiving a report from the Commission’s  consultant regarding the status of the Innovative Financing study. 

 2:00 p.m.                  Opening bids on 30 jobs estimated to cost $90.6 million.
