NOTICE TO MEDIA

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Tuesday, August 21

3:00 p.m. Attending Pave the Way completed project event on I-40 near Lonoke.

4:00 p.m. Attending Arkansas Asphalt Pavement Association meeting and reception at the North Little Rock Riverfront Hilton.

5:30 p.m. Attending Associated General Contractor’s reception at the North Little Rock Riverfront Hilton.

7:00 p.m. Attending dinner sponsored by the U. S. Highway 412 Coalition at the North Little Rock Riverfront Hilton.

Wednesday, August 22

9:00 a.m. Innovative Finance Study consultant presentation

10:30 a.m. Opening bids on 27 construction projects estimated to cost $74 million.

2:00 p.m. Opening bids on 27 construction projects estimated to cost $72.7 million.

Attending the annual meeting of the Southeastern Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials in Asheville, North Carolina.
