Commission Notice

In compliance with Act 93 of 1967, you are hereby notified that members of the Arkansas State Highway Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AHTD Central Office Building, 10324 Interstate 30, in Little Rock.

Tuesday, November 13 

4:00 pm Attending a joint meeting of the House and Senate City, County and Local Affairs Committees and House Public Transportation Committee at Lake Village High School Auditorium.

7:00 pm Reception and dinner at the Gouchoya Cultural Arts Center in Lake Village sponsored by DBH Management Consultants, Mullenix & Associates, Southwestern Bell, Lake Village Chamber of Commerce, Georgia Pacific Corporation and the Arkansas Trucking Association.

Wednesday, November 14

8:00 am Tour of the Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce factory in Lake Providence, LA.

10:00 am Attending a joint meeting and luncheon of the House and Senate City, County and Local Affairs Committees and the House Public Transportation Committee at the Eudora Garden Center.

5:30 pm Reception sponsored by the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce at 200 Dupree Drive in Jacksonville.

 

Thursday, November 15

9:30 am Opening bids on 29 contracts worth an estimated $74.5 million.

1:00 pm Status report from consultant on the Commission’s Innovative Finance Study.
