Utility Access Driveway Permits

Access driveway permits are issued to utility owners in order to gain access to their facilities. Utility access permits are sent to the Permit Officer of each of the Department's 10 Districts. Application is made through the district office in which the work will take place. The names and telephone numbers for the Permit Officers for each District is on the District Engineers List. If you are not sure of the District Office responsible for your county, you may check the County List.
