TURN IN YOUR DISKETTE or CD CONTAINING YOUR .EBS FILE(S) ALONG WITH
YOUR ENTIRE PROPOSAL BOOKLET. STAPLE THE .EBS PRINTOUT ONTO THE FIRST PAGE
OF THE PROPOSAL SCHEDULE OF ITEMS IN YOUR BOOKLET.
(Note: If you submit your bid on letting day by Diskette, CD, or
by E-mail; please DO NOT change the name of the EBS file . If the
name of the EBS file is changed, it will not load into our system.
