The Right of Way Division acquires property for constructing and maintaining the State Highway System. The Division also handles right of way functions on all Federal-Aid projects administered at the county or city level. Those entities are assisted in ensuring compliance with Federal regulations. Public and private utility facilities on highway rights of way are also accommodated.
