The Construction Division administers all contracted highway projects
primarily through the 32 Resident Engineers located statewide. They issue
contractor work orders, monitor contractor compliance with plans and
specifications, sample and test materials, maintain records necessary to
document work completed, and determine current and final payments due
contractors.
